Stainless Steel Head, Horizontal Mount Barrier-Free Safety Shower - 27" Ceiling Shower Pipe Extension and 85" Pull Rod

Model S2200-PE27-PR85 is a barrier-free, partially concealed, horizontally mounted emergency shower with a stainless steel showerhead vertically dropped through the ceiling and a 1" stay-open ball valve with a pull rod. The shower is designed for applications where the ceiling is 8 to 10 feet (2.44 to 305 meters) above the floor.

Showerhead: Stainless steel, 8" (203 mm) diameter showerhead with a 20 gallons (75.71 liters) per minute flow regulator. Additional vertical piping is provided with a flange to drop the showerhead to the desired mounting height.

Valve: 1" rough chrome plated brass stay-open ball valve. Unit is provided with a stainless steel actuator arm, an 85" (2082 mm) stainless steel pull rod, and a stainless steel ceiling flange. The 85" length should be sufficient for users needing barrier-free accommodations.

Water Supply: 1" NPT female threaded brass inlet.

Piping: Schedule 40, 1" galvanized steel pipe, yellow powder-coated finish.  The horizontal piping provided is 29-1/8" (739 mm) from the wall providing ample room even for users needing barrier-free accommodations.

Universal Sign: ANSI-compliant, vertical identification sign.

Weekly Test Tag: A waterproof test card to record the date and inspector's name for weekly functional testing of the unit.
