Heat Traced Pedestal Safety Shower with Eye Wash Station, Less Bowl

S1360-HT features a heat traced, pedestal-mounted combination station. Unit includes ABS plastic eye-face wash spray heads, inline strainer with stay-open ½" ball valve and push handle; a plastic showerhead, 1" stay-open ball valve with pull rod, a flexible drench hose, and stay-open ½" ball valve with push handle. Unit is insulated and encased in a molded ABS jacket with heat traced cable wrapped around the internal supply pipe with a thermostat to control the heating.

Showerhead: Yellow anti-microbial ABS plastic 7-3/8" diameter showerhead with a 20 GPM flow regulator.

Shower Valve: 1" IPS rough chrome plated brass stay-open ball valve with stainless steel actuator arm and 29" stainless steel pull rod.

Eye-Face Wash Spray Head Assembly: Yellow anti-microbial ABS plastic eye-face wash heads with integral flip dust covers, internal flow controls, and an inline strainer.

Eye-Face Wash Valve: 1/2" IPS chrome plated brass, stay-open ball valve with a stainless steel stem and push handle. An integrated weep hole drains residual water from the eye-face wash heads after each use.

Drench Hose: ½" ID, 60" long Yellow flexible PVC rubber compound hose.

Drench Hose Valve: 1/2" IPS chrome plated brass, stay-open ball valve with a stainless steel stem and push handle.

Protection Valve: In the event of electrical failure, the freeze protection valve opens automatically when the internal water temperature drops below 35°.

Water Supply: 1-1/4" NPT female threaded top or bottom inlet.

Jacket/Insulation: 1" thick removable foam insulation covered by a UV-protected ABS plastic jacket. All joints and openings are factory sealed.

Piping & Mounting: Schedule 40 internal galvanized steel piping and a 9-1/8" diameter cast iron floor flange.

Electrical System/Heat Cable: A GFCI protected circuit providing single phase 120 VAC, 60 Hz electrical service is required. The fixture is rated 5A @ 0° Fahrenheit ambient temperature. Systems junction box and components are rated for Class 1, Division 2, Groups B, C, and D. Self regulating heat tracing cable is controlled by a thermostat that shuts off the heat when the ambient temperature reaches 55° F. Cable is both FM and CSA approved.

Universal Sign: ANSI compliant, vertical identification sign.

Weekly Test Tag: A water proof test card to record the date and inspector's name for weekly functional testing of the unit.
